Our puppy deposit form ensures that you will have a place in line reserving a puppy for you. We select persons/families based on the date of deposit, but also prioritizing those that are needing a Service Dog over a pet home. While not all puppies are cut out to be a Service Dog, there are usually a few puppies best suited for "pet homes" instead of Service Dog Work.
The expectation through our program is that those that are reserving a puppy for Service Dog work are committing to follow through with completing our 10 month training program to graduate with their dog. Whereas, the puppies selected to be pets do not have this obligation.
The parents of our puppies are thoroughly health and temperament tested before being breed. These test results are posted clearly for you to view and ask any questions before committing to a puppy. The funds that you are donating to our non-profit go directly to the health testing, the dogs and puppy's veterinary costs, supplies for mom and puppies, cleaning supplies, etc. These funds are NONREFUNDABLE so please make sure that you are fully committed to your puppy and his/her training.
Puppy Program Deposit
By adopting one of our puppies for Service Dog work, you further agree to complete our training program with your puppy. You also agree that before puppies go home at 8 (eight) weeks of age, you will continue to make the agreed upon payments at the amount quoted upon registration (unless you have paid in full up front) for classes. These payments are to be made even if you decide to drop out of the program. Please see our policy and FAQ for more information.
